GXN in Conversation with Ian Cordwell – High-Performance Coaching

Whether you are a manager interested in personal development or responsible for leading others, understanding how to leverage learning can make a significant difference to performance. To get some insight on performance GXN turned to a leading source of high performance: the University of Bath in England, renowned for its sports training facilities and its association with numerous Olympic athletes, world champions, and gold medal winners. We spoke with a high-performance coach there to explore what business leaders and executives can learn from coaching in elite sport. You will find the ‘In Conversation’ piece on the GXN website.

GXN Executive Development Programme Podcast

Continuing with our executive development programme we uploaded a new podcast: In Conversation with PPAI CEO Drew Holmgreen. In this inspiring leadership podcast episode, Dr. Georgie Lack and Michael Freter sit down with Drew Holmgreen, President and CEO of PPAI, to discuss leadership, industry transformation, and the future of the promotional products sector. Drew shares his perspectives on leading through change, building strong organizational cultures, and navigating the opportunities and challenges shaping our industry today. It is a thoughtful conversation packed with insights for leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals alike. You can access the podcast on Spotify.

Look out for news on further podcasts and the next Insight in July, and where we bring you news of a strategic paper with Fasteditor X GXN on “Artwork Automation in the European Promotional Products Market”. The paper examines why customization-driven margin compression makes artwork automation the single most important profitability lever for distributors and suppliers.
